REFUND POLICY
At Celegie Guevara / Cela Visuals, all services provided are digital and creative in nature. Please review the policy below before booking.
No Refunds After Work Has Started
Once a project has begun, including planning, filming, editing, or any form of content creation, all payments are non-refundable.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled shoot or service. Late cancellations or no-shows are not eligible for a refund. Rescheduling may be offered at the creator’s discretion.
No Refunds Based on Performance Results
Refunds are not issued based on content performance, including but not limited to views, engagement, reach, or sales, as results depend on platform algorithms and audience behavior.
